The role ensures effective service to internal and potential clients, proper preparation of sales materials, and coordination between key departments to guarantee agile and professional execution. **How you will contribute to this mission** * Preparation and support in commercial and strategic presentations, especially in projects related to NPL and REO. * Management of vendor and client accreditations and administrative processes. * Development of specific sales materials and playbooks for technological tools or sales processes. * Handling and management of the general sales inbox, channeling information requests from potential clients and inquiries about REO assets. * Coordination of sales meetings and support in preparing proposals related to NPL/REO transactions. * Point of contact for international clients regarding inquiries and documentation. * Collaboration with the Brand & Communication team on commercial communication initiatives linked to real estate and servicing business. * Maintenance of relationships with potential NPL/REO vendors and partners. **What we are looking for** **Essential** \- Advanced English (minimum B2-C1). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word...). * Commercial and communication skills for interaction with national and international clients. * Previous experience in sales management or support within the NPL/REO, financial services, or real estate sectors. **Desirable** * Knowledge of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Power BI, or others). **Location:** Madrid **Competencies and behaviors** * Understanding of the NPL and REO asset management market. * Basic analytical and financial capability. * Autonomy and proactivity in identifying opportunities and resolving issues. * Organization, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Why join Intrum** At Intrum you will find an **international, inclusive, and constantly evolving environment** where people and their development are a priority.
