**Job Title** Intern**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Funciones:** As a Brand Events Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team within the Asset Services department, which manages Shopping Centers, Retail Parks, Office Buildings, and other real estate assets, performing the following functions: * Management and proactive search for new operators for the Islazul shopping center * Monitoring, control, and analysis of revenues * Support on-site teams in achieving established goals * Assist in developing the commercial strategy for each real estate asset * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments at Cushman \& Wakefield * Identify and develop collaborations with major advertising agencies and national brands for their implementation in shopping centers, office buildings, and other real estate assets * Identify and develop synergies among different managed assets * Coordinate the implementation of space assignments: Prepare budgets, contracts, payment management, and execution **Experiencia requerida:** * Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Sales Management, or Marketing. A GESCO Master's degree is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Client-oriented mindset. * Strong organizational, management, and analytical abilities. * Advanced level of spoken and written English.
