Hipoges provides a wide range of asset management-related services including: * Advisory services in the evaluation and purchase process of portfolios * Design of processes and implementation of management tools * Development of servicing solutions for different types of assets * Consulting department for portfolio acquisition operations and making investments in partnership with its clients. **Description** The Real Estate Operations department is responsible for defining and standardizing policies and procedures; managing projects across all strategic initiatives related to REO management; and RE marketing and communication activities. The Global RE Operations Consultant role aims to meet the growing need to document local procedures and adapt them to global processes, in line with expansion into markets such as Greece and Italy. This will enable improved implementation, analysis and control timelines in new countries, enhance operational agility, and maintain quality standards. This will require: * Supporting documentation and updating of procedures across different countries. * Collecting, organizing and systematizing information from local teams. * Assisting in monitoring process compliance. **Profile** Requirements: * Previous experience in Property areas is desirable. * Proactivity and critical thinking. * Advanced spoken and written English skills.
