We are looking for a sales representative for a real estate agency located in Alcobendas, to carry out the following responsibilities: * Property and client acquisition. * Intermediation in real estate transactions. * Commercial advisory services. * Document management. * Making client calls for follow-up and resolution of inquiries. * Calling potential clients to offer property sales or rental services. * Managing and resolving queries related to service presentation meetings and commercial team collaboration agreements. * Collaborating with the team on various administrative tasks related to customer service. * Attending clients in a courteous and efficient manner at the office. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, split shift between 09:30 and 19:30, with breaks established by law. * Experience in a similar position. * We are seeking a responsible, committed, and empathetic individual with strong communication skills and organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Valid driver's license required. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). - Real estate agent course, advanced real estate advisor course, or similar qualifications are valued.
