At Savills España, an international real estate consultancy, we are looking to hire a Building Manager to join our Property Management/Residential Sales division based in our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Maintain daily contact with tenants * Manage and resolve queries and incidents related to building operations * Assist in billing processes and rent collection management * Coordinate external suppliers and services to ensure property maintenance and operational efficiency * Prepare periodic reports on building status, incidents, and service follow-ups * Provide support to the sales team * Proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities * Intermediate level of English * Commercial experience in the new residential market * Valid driver's license * Own vehicle.
