Based in Madrid, this position targets professionals with sector experience and motivation to add value to the technical management of assets. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Managing daily client needs related to portfolio management - Managing, organizing, and updating received documentation and information - Recording data and uploading documentation to specific platforms, both client-owned and internally developed - Supporting technical teams in documentation and administrative tasks - Preparing reports and ensuring their follow-up and updates - Participating in portfolio control activities for services - Reviewing and interpreting non-recurring office maintenance service budgets - Direct liaison with construction contractors and occupational health and safety service providers - Managing and monitoring maintenance services and construction works on properties **REQUIREMENTS** **Education: Higher Education Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel - Proficiency in Presto - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Proactive individual with willingness to learn - Organized, meticulous, careful, patient, detail-oriented, service-oriented, and results-driven - Experience in preparing and reviewing construction budgets is desirable - Minimum experience in renovation, rehabilitation, and new-build projects is desirable - Proficiency in Revit is desirable - Knowledge of TCQ usage is desirable · Employment Type: Full-time · Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €20,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Benefits: * Professional development support * Flexible working hours * Company-provided laptop * Optional remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Madrid, Madrid Province (Madrid)
