Manolo Bakes continues to grow and expand, and therefore we are looking for a Store Manager for our store at CC Carrefour Pinar de las Rozas, with experience in the café \- pastry \- bakery sector, including shift management, optimized order handling, waste control, people management, cash handling, team training, and customer service, among other responsibilities. Like our Manolitos, we prioritize authenticity, personality, high professionalism, honesty, and reliability in our eMBassadors. Additionally, the following are required: \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a store manager, restaurant manager, shift supervisor, or café supervisor. \- Knowledge of gastronomy, pastry, and related products. \- Experience in service preparation and team management. \- Cash handling and closing procedures. \- Order preparation and supplier follow-up. We offer: \- Permanent employment contract. \- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week). \- Salary: €1,760/month gross \+ public holidays \+ variable bonus. \- Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) in continuous daily schedules (8 hours per day), Monday through Sunday. \- A young and dynamic work environment. \- Training platform. \- Real promotion and mobility opportunities. \- Minimum two days off per week. \- Your birthday off! \- Employee discount on manolitos, palmitas, coffee, and much more!
