Job Summary: We are seeking a refrigeration professional for maintenance and supervision at an industrial plant, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional with experience in the refrigeration sector to carry out maintenance and supervision tasks within an industrial plant in Madrid. Main responsibilities will include performing scheduled preventive maintenance and responding to corrective interventions in case of any incidents, thereby ensuring optimal operation of all facilities. Strict adherence to occupational safety regulations and quality standards is essential. Special attention will be paid to implementing the 5S principles in general services areas, facilities, and the maintenance workshop, promoting an organized and efficient work environment. The selected candidate must demonstrate high flexibility and availability to adapt to various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends. Prior experience in similar positions is highly important. This position is offered under an indefinite-term contract, aiming for long-term collaboration. Initiative, proactivity, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team—actively contributing to the overall plant performance—will be positively valued. Higher Vocational Training (FP2\) or equivalent qualification in Industrial Refrigeration and/or Heating, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Solid knowledge of Mechanics, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics. Possession of a boiler operator license and experience with industrial steam will be considered advantageous. RITE certification and F-Gas handling certificate are mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
