We are currently seeking an experienced Service Engineer residing in Madrid or its surrounding areas. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a global service team and report to the Field Service Coordinator. You will maintain a “safety-first” mindset in your daily work, both within the company and at our customers’ facilities. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Performing field technical service activities, including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, and maintenance of equipment. * Carrying out all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical adjustments and configurations. * Collaborating with customers on-site and providing advisory support to help them achieve maximum performance and reduce food waste. * Working with intelligent and pioneering technologies. * Acting as a TOMRA ambassador. * Receiving training and possessing the necessary knowledge and tools. **Requirements** * More than 5 years of experience in field service or customer support. * Practical knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, power supply circuits, and PLC circuits: **mandatory.** * Fluency in Spanish and good command of English: **mandatory.** * You are attracted to the idea of traveling at least 80% of the time and possess a high degree of flexibility (including holidays and weekends). * Ability to read schematics. * Skills in technical problem-solving, incident resolution, and follow-up. * You enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their feedback and challenges, both locally and across other countries and cultures. * You are passionate about engineering. * Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. **Additional Information** **Benefits and Perks:** * Provision of work equipment, including a laptop and a mobile phone allowance. * Bonus of up to 10% of your annual gross salary. * Company vehicle and fuel card for personal and private use, in accordance with the company vehicle policy. * Enhanced life insurance: EUR 150,000 in case of death or permanent disability. * Enrollment in private health insurance at a reduced rate. * Continuous and on-the-job training. * Hybrid work policy. * Annual vacation: 29 calendar days, in accordance with the collective agreement. **How to Apply** If this profile resonates with you, we would love to meet you!
