A positive work environment and opportunities for growth At SGAB!, we are looking for an experienced Italian chef to join a young, solid, and growing gastronomic project grounded in high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes reinterpreted through an urban lens. Responsibilities: \- Preparation and production of fermented dough (sgabei) \- Frying and finishing dishes at service time \- Preparation of traditional Italian pasta tapas \- Organization of mise en place \- Basic inventory control and cleaning of the workstation \- Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef \- Demonstrable knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine \- Ability to handle high-volume service during peak hours \- Organized, responsible, and autonomous individual \- Passion for quality ingredients and excellence in execution \- Availability to work weekends \- HACCP training will be considered an advantage We Offer: \- Permanent contract \- Positive work environment \- A clearly defined project with growth potential \- Cuisine with defined processes and high-quality ingredients \- Stable and pre-scheduled shifts \- Compensation commensurate with candidate’s experience Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,400.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
