Professional training and development based on merit Job Description We seek to hire a **Laborer** to support construction work. The selected candidate will collaborate with the site team on preparation, maintenance, and execution of basic tasks. Main Responsibilities * Preparation and conditioning of work areas. * Loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and tools. * Preparation and supply of mortars and mixtures. * Support in masonry, flooring, tiling, and minor demolition work. * Cleaning and removal of debris. * Assembly and disassembly of auxiliary equipment under supervision. * Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. **Requirements** * Prior experience in construction or masonry (desirable). * **20-hour course** in occupational risk prevention * Must be able to **travel** and commute to various sites both within and outside the province, including overnight stays when required. * Availability for **night shifts** * Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability to start. * Class B driver's license (desirable) Offer * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Professional training and development based on merit * Positive working environment. * Opportunity for continuity and internal promotion.
