**About the Role** The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of our Uber Advertising team Spain. As a Client Partner you will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top non endemic brands and media agencies and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \- What the Candidate Will Do \- * Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals. Mdia agencies and advertisers * Be an indispensable cross\-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs * Expand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings * Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings * Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners * Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises * Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps * \- Basic Qualifications \- * 7\+ years' experience in end\-to\-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales * Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations and media agencies * Speed, resourcefulness, and a go\-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment and navigating ambiguity * Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges * Strong hold on Salesforce, Excel. \- Preferred Qualifications \- * Partner with cross\-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals. * Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C\-level marketing executives, media agencies and key marketing decision\-makers within partner organizations * Employ critical thinking and creative problem\-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
