We seek someone who wants to be the operational and human engine of this project. ⸻ What We’re Looking For We seek a versatile candidate who combines: * Systems and process-oriented mindset * Sales experience * Human-centered interpersonal skills * Real estate vision 90% of our clients speak English, so a high level of English proficiency is essential. ⸻ Responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring operational functionality and growth: * End-to-end management of +100 rooms * Lead and client engagement (WhatsApp, email, in-person visits) * Organization and execution of in-person visits * Coordination of: * Move-ins and move-outs * Contracts * Payments * Incidents * Process and internal system optimization * Identification of opportunities for improvement and growth ⸻ Ideal Profile We seek someone who has: * Experience in real estate, property management, or coliving. * Ability to manage a high volume of rooms * Organized and solution-oriented profile * Strong client communication skills * Ability to conduct site visits and navigate the city independently * Motorcycle license or motorcycle ownership is a plus.
