The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, results-oriented, and capable of translating client needs into clear and efficient activation plans, working cross-functionally with internal teams. **Responsibilities:** **Client Management** * Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned client portfolio, acting as the sole point of contact, with accountability for timelines, budgets, and expectations. * Proactively anticipate client needs and resolve issues, ensuring a long-term, trust-based relationship. * Present results, progress updates, and optimization recommendations directly to the client. **Digital Coordination and Activation** * Collaborate closely with Paid Media teams (SEM, programmatic, paid social), translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs. * Oversee proper campaign implementation and ensure adherence to the agreed scope. **Reporting and Analysis** * Prepare weekly and monthly reports, combining quantitative analysis (KPIs such as ROI, CPA, campaign performance) and qualitative insights (strategic takeaways). * Derive learnings and propose concrete actions for continuous improvement and optimization. **Financial Management** * Manage monthly closings, invoicing, and budget tracking. * Identify variances and propose adjustments aimed at maximizing account profitability. **Business Growth** * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within active accounts, proposing scope expansions, new channels, or budget increases. * Support the development of proposals for new business. **Requirements:** * Experience in digital agencies in account management or similar roles. * Advanced knowledge of Paid Media: SEM, programmatic, and paid social. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Analytical mindset, results-driven, and capable of transforming data into strategic recommendations. * Excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Proactive, dynamic attitude with a strong interest in professional growth.
