

During this gathering, you will meet people of different ages and cultures with whom you can communicate and exchange experiences. You will practice meditation using the following structure: External, internal, and mental relaxation technique (10 minutes); Energetic meditation (20 minutes); Experience sharing (15 minutes); Mental silence technique (10 minutes). You will join a diverse group of people and enter a space where you can learn to calm your mind, find inner peace, and reconnect with yourself. You will also find an environment that fosters mutual support, exchange, and friendship among all participants. For first-time attendees, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Admission is free and open to all. • What to bring No special clothing is required. Just bring a positive attitude and an open, willing mindset to learn. Meditation is practiced in a seated position, so there is no need to bring a mat. • Important information Please note that prior meditation experience is not required. Our method is very simple.
