With a business model grounded in stability, trust, and personalized advisory services, we offer a high-performance international environment where the Private Banker benefits from a robust balance sheet and a top-tier product platform. ### **Responsibilities** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop a private banking client portfolio in Latin America, primarily serving entrepreneurial families and UHNWIs. * Provide comprehensive financial advisory services across equities, fixed income, structured products, foreign exchange, and alternative investments. * Identify business opportunities and acquire new wealth (New Money) within the region. * Design international wealth, succession, and tax planning strategies for clients with cross-border interests. * Coordinate with investment teams and trading desks to execute complex transactions. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of economic, political, and regulatory developments in both Europe and key LATAM markets. * Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international compliance standards. ### **Requirements** **Experience:** * Minimum 5–10 years of client-facing experience in Private Banking, Family Office, or Wealth Management. * Demonstrable experience serving Latin American clients from European hubs (Spain, Switzerland, Luxembourg), Latin American hubs (Venezuela, Mexico, Panama), or Miami. Any of these locations will be considered favorably. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Law. * Master’s degree in Private Banking, Finance, or MBA (strongly preferred). * Professional certifications: CFA, CAIA, CIIA, or EFA (European Financial Advisor) will be highly valued. **Languages:** * Native Spanish (essential for client interaction). * English (C1/C2\) required for market analysis and collaboration with international teams. **Technical Knowledge:** * Expertise in advising on international markets. * In-depth knowledge of international taxation and financial centers (Switzerland, Spain, USA). * Proficiency in portfolio management tools and Bloomberg / Reuters platforms. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong networking ability and capacity to build trust in high-pressure environments. * Results-oriented mindset and goal-driven work approach. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Integrity, professional ethics, and full alignment with the highest compliance standards. * Willingness to travel occasionally to Latin America. **Employment Terms:** * Permanent contract with a competitive remuneration package (base salary \+ performance- and acquisition-linked variable compensation). * Professional career development plan within a growing institution. * Multicultural, high-performance work environment
