As a Payroll Technician: * Manage and operate payroll processes, including salary reconciliations, review of tax forms 111 and 190, and entry of values into the corresponding systems. * Monitor and review accounting processes related to payroll, ensuring all calculations are accurate and aligned with current legislation. * Handle termination settlements, including calculation and settlement of employee entitlements upon contract termination. * Calculate severance payments in accordance with legal regulations and ensure correct implementation in each case. * Coordinate daily follow-up with clients to guarantee that all payroll activities proceed according to the established schedule. * Ensure clients receive clear and timely information regarding the status of their payroll processes and any incidents that may arise. * Vocational qualification in Administration and Finance or equivalent education in administrative or human resources management fields. * **2–3 years of experience** in similar roles within personnel administration and payroll. * Proficiency in Spanish labor legislation, tax and social security procedures, and payroll management tools (experience with Meta4 PeopleNet is preferred). * **Attention to detail** to ensure accuracy across all payroll processes. * **Excellent communication skills**, **proactivity**, ability to **take initiative**, and **rapid adaptability** to legislative and organizational changes.
