As a Payroll Technician: * Manage and operate payroll processes, including salary reconciliation, review of tax forms 111 and 190, and entry of values into respective systems. * Monitor and review payroll-related accounting processes, ensuring all calculations are accurate and aligned with current legislation. * Handle termination settlements, including calculation and settlement of employee entitlements upon contract conclusion. * Calculate severance payments in accordance with legal requirements and ensure correct execution in each case. * Coordinate daily follow-up with clients to guarantee all payroll activities proceed according to the established schedule. * Ensure clients receive clear and timely information regarding the status of their payroll processes and any incidents that may arise. **About You** -------------------- * Vocational qualification in Administration and Finance or equivalent training in administrative or HR-related fields. * **2\-3 years of experience** in similar roles within personnel administration and payroll. * Proficiency in Spanish labor legislation, tax and social security procedures, and payroll management tools (experience with Meta4 PeopleNet is an advantage). * **Attention to detail** to ensure accuracy across all payroll processes. * **Excellent communication skills**, **proactivity**, ability to **take initiative**, and **rapid adaptability** to legislative and organizational changes. * Beyond professional competencies, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
