Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate support services delivered by teams currently providing workplace services in a Microsoft-centric solutions environment. * Organize and manage key areas including SailPoint, Active Directory, ADFS, Device Management and Software Distribution, Device Security, and Remote User Support. * Collaborate with diverse teams and participate in key decision-making processes, delivering solutions to internal and external challenges. **This position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model**, requiring some days worked remotely from home and others onsite at the office—where you can build meaningful synergies with your colleagues. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory.
