Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior UX professional to lead user experience, solution design, and digital communication and identity strategy for cybersecurity defense projects. Key Highlights: 1. As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our Cyberdefense Unit with a Senior UX professional focused on leading user experience, solution design, and digital communication and identity strategy for strategic projects. What will you do? * Lead the user experience (UX) for cybersecurity defense solutions. * Design views, navigation flows, and design systems. * Define and execute digital communication and identity strategies. * Plan, execute, and monitor dissemination activities. * Coordinate with project teams, business units, and communications departments. * Manage content across digital and traditional channels (website, social media, presentations, etc.). * Prepare reports and documentation to evaluate results and impact. * Ensure consistency and digital positioning of solutions. Go ahead—explore our offer and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ Minimum 5 years of UX experience with a consulting focus, graphic design, and digital content. ✅ Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. ✅ Ability to work with complex requirements in cybersecurity and/or defense environments. ✅ Experience in digital identity, communication strategies, and channel management (website, blogs, social media). ✅ Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Penpot, or Adobe. ✅ Communication skills in multinational environments (military environment experience is a plus). ✅ Advanced English proficiency. ✅ Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field. ✅ Availability to work on-site in Madrid.
