At Lilly, we seek a proactive, results\-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. Through development in this role, you will promote and sell our pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with key customers to achieve established sales targets. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team objectives. * Identify and contact potential customers in the pharmaceutical sector. * Effectively present Lilly’s products and services to physicians and other healthcare professionals. * Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. * Track sales and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. * Provide relevant market and competitive intelligence and feedback. * Participate in industry events and conferences. * Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: * University degree in Health Sciences or postgraduate qualification in the Pharmaceutical Industry. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. * Results\-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to thrive in demanding environments. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. * Fluency in Catalan * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
