Country Spain Province Madrid \- Madrid Application Deadline 12/07/2026 Category Direct Support, Awareness Raising **NGO Information** Raíces **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 100.00% **info** **Objective** ------------ We are seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to join the Empleo Conciencia team—the socio-labor integration program of Fundación Raíces—who will be responsible both for managing and retaining existing partner companies and for identifying and engaging new companies across all professional sectors that can offer employment opportunities to the young people we support. **Profile:** Functions and responsibilities * Identifying job opportunities for the young people we support in priority professional sectors and geographic areas, aligned with their motivations and interests. * Prospecting new partner companies for labor insertion of young people supported by the organization. * Retaining existing partner companies: follow-ups, visits, meetings, drafting collaboration agreements, coordinating promotional and visibility activities related to the partnership, and building strategic alliances. * Identifying and developing professional profiles requested by companies, describing available job offers or potential positions, and coordinating with the socio-labor intervention team supporting each young person’s labor integration to submit candidate applications. * Labor intermediation between hiring companies and candidate young people: contacting responsible individuals or departments within companies, tracking selection processes, coordinating interviews, resolving queries, etc., in coordination with the social workers assigned to each young person. * Supporting each young person’s onboarding into their new position, in coordination with the socio-labor intervention team. * Participating in awareness-raising activities, communication and dissemination efforts for the project at corporate events, social intervention forums, media outlets, etc. * Participating in meetings with public administrations, social organizations, funders, and other institutions relevant to the project. * Recording all actions and interventions in the organization’s database and submitting periodic reports to the coordinator of the "Empleo Conciencia" Program. * Internal coordination with the Fundación Raíces team. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics and Business Studies, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, etc. * Minimum two years’ experience prospecting companies for the employment of vulnerable groups. * Experience supporting unaccompanied foreign minors, migrants, and applicants for international protection. * Strong social vocation and sensitivity, and interest in contributing value to society. * Willingness and availability to travel.
