The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and resolving production incidents in complex, multi-system batch environments, ensuring continuity and reliability of critical processes. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and resolve production incidents in complex batch environments. * Perform structured root cause analysis, including numerical debugging of ETLs and data flows. * Understand and follow end-to-end processes across multiple technical layers. * Proactively identify weaknesses and implement reliability improvements. * Manage and evolve Control-M workflows using Job-as-Code practices (Git, GitHub Actions). * Maintain clear and structured documentation, AI-assisted. * Communicate effectively with IT and Risk/Finance teams, especially during production incidents. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years in production support or critical batch environments. * Advanced SQL (mandatory) and advanced Excel skills. * Demonstrable experience in numerical data and ETL debugging. * Experience with Control-M (exposure to Job-as-Code is desirable). * Excellent communication skills and ability to work under production pressure. * Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and continuous learning attitude. * Familiarity with AI tools for coding, analysis, and documentation. **Desirable** * Experience in financial services, P&L, or Market Risk. * Exposure to Murex, Databricks/Cloudera, Spark/Scala, ActiveViam (MARS), or Qlik. * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
