




**Description** --------------- **Responsibilities** * Customer service and support, ensuring an efficient and high-quality experience. * Management and issuance of certificates. * Administrative management of risk onboarding and offboarding. * Support in cross-functional administrative tasks for the business. * Collaboration with various internal teams to ensure proper execution of processes. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Vocational training qualification in Administration, Management, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a skills test will be administered). * Ability to work effectively in a team and attention to detail. * Organizational and time-management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge or prior experience in fleet and/or leasing areas. * Experience in administrative environments with a focus on customer service.
