What will be your **mission**? To coordinate and supervise admissions and outpatient activities, as well as the rest of the department’s team, ensuring all workflows are executed correctly—with a focus on quality, teamwork, and strong outcomes, both clinically and commercially, in accordance with established standards and procedures. What will be your **key responsibilities**? * Plan, organize, and supervise all functions of assigned center services, ensuring full coordination and execution in compliance with hospital policies and procedures. * Manage patient admissions and discharges, ensuring required documentation is obtained and established procedures are followed. * Oversee cash management and billing activities—both for insurance companies and private patients—ensuring adherence to prescribed deadlines and formats, where applicable. * Commit to and execute customer- and business objective-oriented work, guaranteeing excellent admission process quality, appropriate procedures, patient satisfaction, and achievement of departmental goals and targets. * Collaborate in human resources management within your areas, coordinating and supervising staff tasks, ensuring accurate administrative operations and appropriate patient care—thus fostering an outstanding, professional team and an optimal working environment that reflects the center’s professional and responsible image.
