Continuous training and flexible working hours Job Description We are looking for a **Clinic Assistant** who will play a key role in delivering the best possible dental care to our patients and supporting the smooth internal operation of our clinic. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting dentists during treatments, including preparing materials, cleaning and disinfecting the treatment room between patients, sterilizing instruments, etc. * Scheduling appointments, managing clinical records, and keeping patient medical records up to date. * Performing sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance tasks for the clinic, collaborating with colleagues in a dynamic environment. * Inventory control and management of materials and implants, including preparing orders and liaising with suppliers. * Other patient-facing duties such as handling phone calls and appointments, assisting at reception, delivering and explaining treatment estimates, etc. **What We Offer:** * **Professional Growth:** An opportunity to learn and develop within a high-level environment, working alongside experienced doctors specializing in areas such as surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics — in an established clinic with over 10 years of experience. * **Positive Work Environment:** You will join a young, professional, and motivated team in a relaxed yet serious atmosphere, with periods of high activity and demand that will support your learning and personal development. * **Attractive Conditions:** A contract for 32–36 weekly hours, with flexible working hours adapted to your needs.
