Responsibilities\*\* * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site personnel and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with project technical specifications and applicable regulations. * Monitor work execution, ensuring material quality and construction process standards. * Manage and optimize resources (personnel, machinery, materials) assigned to the site. * Track the construction schedule and report any deviations. * Implement and enforce occupational health and safety measures on site. * Collaborate closely with the Site Manager for planning and resolution of issues. * Interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Qualifications\*\* * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Building and Civil Engineering or equivalent university degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture). * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, urban developments, etc.). * Solid knowledge of civil engineering construction techniques and applicable regulations. * Proven ability to lead work teams and manage personnel. * Proficiency in interpreting drawings and technical documentation. * Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with project management software and office productivity tools. * Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel to various project locations. **Seize the challenge.
