Expense management, procurement, and archiving An administrative assistant is needed to join a team in Madrid at a company in the construction sector. At least one year of experience in general administrative tasks and proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite are required. Main responsibilities will include providing administrative support for both headquarters and construction sites, covering expense report and credit card tracking, procurement of necessary items, visitor reception, and records management. Additionally, monitoring and follow-up of occupational health and safety documentation across various construction sites will be required. An indefinite part-time contract is offered with an annual gross salary of 15\.000 €.
