We are seeking a Product Manager with product management experience to join the development of advanced cyberdefense solutions and complex defense systems, contributing to defining the product vision, strategy, and evolution—delivering high operational impact. What will you do? Plan, coordinate, and track tasks for European projects, reporting status to the Program and Partners. Define the product vision, value proposition, and strategy by identifying business needs, opportunities, and objectives. Manage the full product lifecycle—from discovery through evolution and continuous improvement. Build and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities, dependencies, risks, and strategic objectives. Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog based on delivered value, technical feasibility, and operational needs. Lead discovery and validation activities with customers and stakeholders using methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Canvas. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective transition between product and engineering, guaranteeing proper execution of initiatives. What are we looking for in you? At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in defense, cyberdefense, or complex systems environments. Experience in product management, roadmap definition, and initiative prioritization. Advanced level of English. Knowledge of agile methodologies and product-oriented frameworks + Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Lean Canvas. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and align business, operational, and engineering needs + Experience in defense systems, command and control (C2), systems integration, or cyberdefense.
