




From **TEAM LEWIS**, an International Communications Agency, we are seeking a Creative Designer with at least 5 years of experience and a passion for creating beautiful work for top-tier clients across all sectors. You will join a growing (and highly promising!) creative team within a multinational company with over 26 offices worldwide. You’ll collaborate with international teams and participate in diverse campaigns across the globe. If you’re creative—this is your place! **What kind of candidate are we looking for?** * A Graphic Designer or Creative Designer with 5\+ years of experience, possessing strong design sensibility and enthusiasm for conceptualizing unconventional campaigns. * Experience working in advertising agencies and with major clients; awards are a plus! * Strongly digital-oriented, yet also possessing a guerrilla mindset. * Capable of developing everyday creatives, brand manifestos, or breakthrough ideas (if luck strikes, maybe the next one for Cannes :D ) * Organized, proactive, solution-oriented (and personable!) * Proficient in the Adobe and Microsoft Office suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)—the standard toolkit. * Passionate about staying current with design and digital trends. * Fluent in both Spanish and English (**important: the first interview will be conducted in English**) **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Development of brand identity for advertising and PR projects. * Art direction and design for clients across all sectors. * Conceptualization of creative campaigns. * Creation and adaptation of content and client presentations. * Production of videos for digital platforms and social media. *This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
