You will collaborate closely with designers, prepress specialists, studios, and production partners to deliver consistent and accurate printed materials. This role is ideal for someone who is **detail-oriented, organized, technically confident, and experienced in end-to-end print processes**. **Responsibilities** * Manage print production workflows for artwork, toolkits, localization, and adaptation projects. * Create and manage timelines, production plans, and delivery trackers. * Coordinate with designers and art teams to communicate requirements and share technical specifications. * Coordinate proofs, color checks, preflight reviews, and preparation of press-ready files. * Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines, technical requirements, and regional specifications. * Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with printing partners to ensure accurate production and delivery. * Oversee quality control of all printed assets, ensuring final outputs are error-free and production-ready. * Support multi-market adaptation workflows, packaging production, OOH, and print toolkits. * Identify risks, resolve issues, and clearly communicate progress to internal teams and stakeholders. * Document processes, maintain production guidelines, and contribute to workflow best practices. **Requirements** * Experience as a **Print Producer**, Production Manager, or similar role within an agency, studio, or print environment. * Solid knowledge of print processes, production cycles, substrates, finishes, and technical specifications. * Knowledge of artwork, mechanics, bleeds, color management, and packaging/OOH requirements. * Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. * Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quality control. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, prepress specialists, and vendors. * Experience with localization and multi-market adaptation workflows. * Familiarity with digital asset management systems, production tools, or prepress software is a plus.
