FUNCTION MISSION The National Experience Manager (Project Manager) is the technical-operational responsible for the facilities of Kinépolis Spain’s 11 cinemas. They ensure the safety, availability, efficiency, and technological evolution of buildings, equipment, and critical infrastructure (HVAC, electricity, basic IT), directly contributing to customer experience and the smooth daily operation. Education Industrial Technical or Graduate Engineer (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field). Experience * Minimum 5 years in technical Facility Management or engineering project management. * Experience in multi-site environments, retail, leisure, hospitality, or high-occupancy facilities is desirable. * Experience coordinating and overseeing construction works and liaising with engineering firms/architects. * Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, audiovisual systems, or energy systems. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Advanced English (C1). Part of the selection process will be conducted in English. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Office (especially Excel). ORGANIZATIONAL POSITION * Reports to: Country Manager Spain * Direct reports: No direct reports; cross-functional leadership with cinema managers and technical suppliers CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS * Full-time position with nationwide travel availability * Bonus based on achievement of objectives. * Company car. * Health insurance. * One day of remote work per week
