### **Description** At **Fundación AMÁS**, our mission is to contribute to the development of a life project for each person with intellectual disability and their family, as well as to promote their inclusion as full citizens, contributing to the creation of a more just and solidarity-based society. We are seeking two **Maintenance Professionals** to carry out technical tasks of inspection, review, and comprehensive maintenance of the organization's centers located in Leganés, Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada, and Móstoles (travel between centers will be conducted using the company vehicle). Tasks include: * General maintenance tasks related to painting, assembly, etc. * Maintenance tasks on electrical systems (replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing, etc.) * Maintenance and repair work on water, climate, and boiler room installations. * General locksmithing and carpentry work. * Manual repairs (fixing locks, replacing windows, etc.) * Transport and assembly of furniture. * Construction and repair of parts and structures in various materials using welding, milling machines, planers, grinders, drills, and other precision equipment. * Work at heights using ladders, lift platforms, and on rooftops. * Other related tasks. We offer: **TEMPORARY CONTRACT** (approximate duration of 3 months with possibility of extension). **FULL-TIME** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 16:30 Friday: 08:30 to 16:15 One Saturday per month: 08:30 to 12:30 Substitution contract with potential for continuity. **Priority will be given to candidates with a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33%** **IMMEDIATE INCORPORATION** Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities (1398.03 € gross per month, 14 payments + weekly shift duty based on work schedule (100 € gross per shift).
