We are looking for a kitchen assistant with vocation and passion for gastronomy for a weekly working schedule of 31 hours. Morning shift schedule to serve brunch, with two days off. End of workday at 3:45 PM. We are located on the outskirts of the M-30, in Valdebebas. Responsibilities: - Work under pressure while meeting company standards. - Proficiency in advanced culinary techniques. - High level of organization and attention to detail. - Quality control and proper storage of products. - Compliance with food hygiene regulations and food safety handling standards. - Cleaning of the work area. - Good communication with the team and collaborative work. - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in brunch service.
