We are looking for a candidate eager to learn, with technical instinct and energy to solve real-world problems. You will join the **Internal Platforms \& Data** squad within the **Product** team, working to automate processes, improve integrations, and explore how AI can transform our internal operations. **What You’ll Do:** * Identify and build automations that eliminate manual work in operational processes. * Maintain and evolve integrations with CRM tools and other systems, ensuring data quality. * Design data flows and automations using Python, Google Apps Script, or other suitable tools. * Explore and implement AI-based solutions: from simple automations to agents interacting with internal systems. * Document implemented processes and automations clearly and maintainably. * Collaborate with various teams to understand their operational needs and translate them into technical solutions. **What We’re Looking For:** * Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Technical Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent (including bootcamps). * Basic programming knowledge: Python and/or JavaScript. * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL). * Curiosity about data: how it flows, how it’s modeled, and how it informs decision-making. * Analytical ability and a problem-solving orientation toward real-world challenges. * Strong communication skills when working with non-technical teams. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) into real workflows. * Knowledge of AI agent or workflow frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, AutoGen, or similar. * Understanding of RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) to connect LLMs with internal data. * Experience with RPA-type automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar). * Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others). * Prior experience in a startup environment within Product, Growth, or Technology. **Why Join Zenova?** * Hybrid work model (3 days in office \+ 2 remote). * Flexible compensation and private health insurance. * Instant access to salary. * 26 vacation days \+ reduced summer hours. * Cultural benefits platform. * Continuous learning and rapid growth opportunities. **If you’re ready to accelerate your product career and join a purpose-driven, ambitious scale\-up, we want you at Zenova.**
