We seek a proactive person with aesthetic sensitivity, technical vision, and outstanding communication skills—someone eager to become part of a collaborative space where design, innovation, and excellence set us apart. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **What will be your mission?** You will be one of the key people bringing the Upgrade Madrid experience to life—supporting architects, interior designers, developers, and professional clients throughout the development of exclusive projects. Although you will work with various home solutions, we are seeking someone with solid expertise in **high-end kitchen design and planning**, able to develop technical projects and deliver exceptional advisory service. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Design and develop interior design projects—with particular focus on **premium kitchens**—advising both clients and professionals from concept development through to technical project definition. * Support architects, interior designers, developers, renovation specialists, and private clients in selecting materials, finishes, and solutions for kitchen and bathroom projects. * Provide aesthetic and technical advice on kitchen furniture, spatial layout, materials, countertops, cladding, and equipment—ensuring functional and high-value-added solutions. * Prepare design proposals using specialized kitchen and interior design planning software, ensuring technical feasibility and meticulous attention to detail. * Manage projects end-to-end: showroom welcome, needs assessment, design, budgeting, follow-up, and closure. * Build long-term trusted relationships with architecture and interior design studios—and other industry professionals—becoming their go-to reference for project development. * Coordinate with brands and partners present in the showroom to deliver integrated solutions and generate synergies among all stakeholders. * Actively participate in organizing events, presentations, and professional networking sessions—representing the values and image of Upgrade Madrid. * Maintain the showroom at the highest level of excellence—attending to every detail to ensure a premium experience during each visit. **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for a self-motivated, design-sensitive, and clearly client-focused individual—capable of delivering top-tier advisory service and confidently operating within a premium environment. To this end, we would like you to have: * Education in Interior Design, Architecture, Technical Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * Experience in designing and advising on premium materials—especially high-end kitchens—with knowledge of the specific technical requirements these projects entail. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, cabinets and walk-in closets, countertops, appliances, and construction solutions related to kitchen design.
