Following the success of its Demo Platform—validated by sophisticated users (Tier-1)—the company seeks a technology leader to transform that prototype into a scalable, world-class product. Initially, the position will be 100% remote; within several months, it will transition to a hybrid and flexible model with offices in Madrid. Your Role: Player-Coach and Technology Partner. * Reporting directly to the two Founders (business/domain profiles), you will be the company’s highest-ranking technical executive. - Hands-on execution: During the first 6–18 months, you will code daily while establishing the foundational architecture. * Leadership: You will build, hire, and lead an engineering team of 3–8 people. * Strategy: You will serve as the key technical liaison to VCs and industrial clients, leading future technical due diligence. Required Technical Profile * Applied AI expertise (critical) * We do not seek a researcher, but rather an engineer who has deployed LLM systems into real production for more than 2–3 years: * Designing RAG pipelines over complex, heterogeneous documents. * Using agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) for multi-step workflows. * Mastery of LLM evaluation: quality metrics, traceability, and hallucination control. * Experience with Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI APIs. Modern Tech Stack: The startup operates under a cloud-native and serverless paradigm: * Frontend: React / Next.js / TypeScript. * Backend: Serverless Node.js (Vercel Edge Functions). * Database: PostgreSQL / Supabase (RLS, Storage, pgvector). * Infrastructure: Vercel, GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
