We are looking for students available for a **full-time schedule**, who wish to join the **Visual Design team**. **The Design Department** We are accustomed to elevating end-to-end projects to another level. We appreciate attention to detail and adapting each project according to its specific needs. Here’s what we’re looking for: Individuals passionate about **defining** and **designing** digital products with **strategic vision**, from development through to implementation—and, within this context, **managing** Product Management, **leading** the team to bring out their best—this is exactly who we’re seeking. **Among other responsibilities, you will:** * Create distinctive visual languages that avoid familiar solutions, connect with brands and their digital experiences across all channels, and take projects into unexplored creative/visual territories. * Translate brand and product strategies into differentiated visual solutions, working from concept through to implementation with obsessive attention to detail and technical excellence. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, development, content, product) to ensure visual decisions align with business objectives and are strategically sound. * Participate in art direction across multiple projects, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints, leveraging AI tools for efficient visual asset creation. **To carry out these tasks, you’ll need:** * A **genuine interest in technology and the digital world**, along with some knowledge of the subject. * Vision, sensitivity, and a **customer service mindset**. * **Strong written and verbal communication skills**, as you’ll interact with various stakeholders. * Proficiency in **Figma and Adobe CC**. * Enthusiasm to learn, contribute, and challenge yourself—the **attitude is what we value most**: a solution-oriented attitude, ability to work collaboratively, and capacity to build connections and relationships. * **Good English proficiency (B2–C1)**. **Next Steps:** If you’ve read this far, we’ve successfully captured your attention.
