The position will be based at the **Boadilla del Monte** (Madrid) office. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Recording and accounting for supplier invoices. * Reviewing, validating, and controlling received invoices. * Reconciling supplier accounts. * Supporting monthly and annual financial closings. * Preparing accounting and financial reports. * Coordinating with other departments (procurement, administration, etc.). * Monitoring and tracking payments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in accounting**, especially in billing and supplier management. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with accounting ERP systems. * Knowledge of **English** (highly valued). * Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **What does the company offer?** * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training. * Excellent working environment within a company with a strong growth plan. * Immediate hiring. * Permanent contract. * Remote work (1 or 2 days per week). * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Salary range: €22,000–€25,000 gross per year.
