




Position Summary: Saeta Yield is seeking an FP&A Technician to join its finance team, responsible for monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating interdepartmental information. Key role in financial reporting and strategic vision for shareholders. At Saeta Yield, we continue to grow and wish to incorporate an FP\&A Technician into our finance team. As part of the FP\&A and reporting department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: * Monthly reporting, analyzing the income statement, cash flow, variance analysis (actual vs. annual budget, actual vs. forecast), risks, and improvement opportunities. * Actively contribute to automation and operational improvement projects within a growth-oriented environment. * Lead the financial planning process, including preparation of budgets and 5-year financial forecasts. Budget control and monitoring. * Deliver monthly and annual presentations for information reporting. * Prepare financial information for shareholders and decision-making bodies, providing clarity and strategic insight. * Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for monthly reporting and budget preparation. To succeed in this position, we require a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Finance is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. High-level spoken and written English (B2-C1). Experience with Navision BC and Power BI is recommended. Experience with OneStream is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience performing similar functions. Solid knowledge of accounting and finance. Experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
