Position Summary: Saeta Yield is seeking an FP&A Technician to join its finance team, responsible for monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating interdepartmental information. As part of the FP\&A and reporting department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: * Monthly reporting, analyzing the income statement, cash flow, variance analysis (actual vs. annual budget, actual vs. forecast), risks, and improvement opportunities. * Actively contribute to automation and operational improvement projects within a growth-oriented environment. * Lead the financial planning process, including preparation of budgets and 5-year financial forecasts. Budget control and monitoring. * Deliver monthly and annual presentations for information reporting. * Prepare financial information for shareholders and decision-making bodies, providing clarity and strategic insight. * Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for monthly reporting and budget preparation. To succeed in this position, we require a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Finance is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. High-level spoken and written English (B2-C1). Experience with Navision BC and Power BI is recommended. Experience with OneStream is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience performing similar functions. Solid knowledge of accounting and finance. Experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
