**JOB OFFERING \| RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS COACH** **MORRIGAN ASSOCIATION** At **Morrigan Association**, we believe in a sport that builds character, discipline, and camaraderie. We are seeking a rhythmic gymnastics coach with vocation, experience, and positive energy to join our sports project and support our gymnasts in their personal and competitive development. **\- What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and implement training plans tailored to different levels (school, advanced training, and competition). * Create and prepare choreographies for both group and individual routines. * Provide technical and motivational follow-up for each gymnast, promoting values such as effort and teamwork. * Prepare athletes for official competitions, exhibitions, and association events. * Coordinate with the rest of the technical team and management to ensure smooth club operations. **\- Required Qualifications:** * Official certification as a rhythmic gymnastics coach (Level I, II, or III). * Prior experience is not required. * Ability to work with girls and young people of various ages and skill levels. * Strong communication skills, patience, and abilities in positive leadership. * Flexible availability (primarily afternoon hours, with weekend flexibility for competitions). * Personal vehicle and willingness to travel. **\- We Offer:** * Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract. * Schedule adapted to the sports season. * A close-knit, family-like working environment within a continuously evolving project. * Opportunities for growth within the association. * **How to Apply?** * If you identify with our values and meet the requirements, we would love to meet you!
