If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Head Chef for collective catering to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the kitchen team, applying culinary knowledge and assisting in food preparation and production. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive working environment. Job responsibilities: Develop recipes, ensure adherence to defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as needed. Receive raw materials, check delivery notes, and monitor stock levels. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. Manage the kitchen team and communicate with clients to guarantee optimal service. ### **Requirements** Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services; Technician in Culinary Arts. Proven experience in hospitality, collective catering, restaurant services, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team-oriented. ### **Offered** Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours: morning shift according to roster.
