We are seeking to hire a **Events Coordinator** with initiative, leadership ability, and enthusiasm to join a growing project.
*What will your role be?*
You will be responsible for coordinating events and ensuring each activity runs successfully.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and inspecting materials at our warehouse in Colmenar Viejo.
* Loading materials and driving the company vehicle to the event venue.
* Setting up and dismantling activities.
* Coordinating the team of instructors and support staff.
* Presenting and facilitating team-building activities for corporate groups.
* Resolving incidents during events and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Maintaining and caring for all materials used in activities.

*Essential requirements*
* Valid Spanish driving license (Class B).
* Availability to travel frequently throughout Spain.
* Functional English proficiency to conduct activities with international groups.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Particularly valued qualifications*
* Education in **TSEAS, TAFAD, or equivalent qualifications**.
* Minimum **1 year** of experience coordinating teams or activities in:
* Tourist animation.
* Hotels or resorts.
* Corporate events.
* Camps.
* Leisure and free-time companies.
* Experience facilitating groups and public speaking.

*Compensation*
The position’s compensation consists of a **fixed salary**, supplemented by various activity-related allowances (travel, overnight stays, per diems, bonuses, and other premiums). **Total annual gross remuneration may reach approximately €30,000**, depending on the volume of events and associated travel.
