




Position Summary: Manage and develop cultural and educational intervention projects, promoting the holistic development of users through ludic-educational activities and encouraging their participation and integration. Coordinating with professionals for cultural intervention strategies * Understand, propose, and implement cultural intervention processes in their management and educational dimensions. * Establish connections between cultural and educational domains and social and economic processes. * Access information sources and procedures to obtain necessary resources and launch cultural initiatives. * Coordinate with professionals of diverse qualifications when designing and implementing cultural intervention strategies. * Execute and manage project and program budgets, as well as prepare relevant reports and evaluations. * Design and implement specific programs and projects. **Promote the holistic development of users through ludic-educational activities.** * Develop and implement various individual and/or group animation techniques that engage users in leisure-time activities, thereby promoting their personal and group integration and development. * Motivate users regarding the importance of their participation in achieving integration and fostering positive relationships with their environment. * Assume responsibility for any incidents arising from any tasks performed by oneself or by sociocultural animation staff.
