Job Summary: We are seeking a senior technology leader with experience in the Microsoft ecosystem to drive corporate solution transformation and lead multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a senior technology leader with proven expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, project management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and strategic vision to evolve our internal capabilities. You will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and evolving Microsoft-related areas supporting corporate solution development: Custom, Analytics & Reporting, Intranet, and Power Platform. Your mission will be to lead, strengthen, and transform Microsoft solutions supporting Deloitte’s internal processes—accelerating time-to-market, promoting best practices, enabling technological modernization, and enhancing AI adoption across the development lifecycle. What is the challenge? You will lead teams in Custom (.NET/Angular development and modernization), Analytics & Reporting, Intranet, and Power Platform—providing strategic vision and driving their evolution and ways of working. You will collaborate closely with Solution Designers to ensure that technology decisions, enterprise architecture, and defined practices are correctly applied in development efforts. You will drive the creation and consolidation of the Power Platform practice within the Microsoft team. You will promote acceleration of migration toward enterprise architecture and adoption of modern development practices—including AI (GitHub Copilot, automations, etc.). You will work hand-in-hand with leads from other areas to identify improvements, foster evolution, and help reduce incident volume—ensuring adherence to technological and cybersecurity standards. You will participate in area meetings, overseeing proper project execution and compliance with standards. You will play a key role in ensuring appropriate management of Microsoft project budgets—collaborating with Project Delivery Managers to guarantee budget adherence. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration—supporting your team’s professional growth. How do we envision you? We want someone committed to excellence and skilled at translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions—focused on continuous improvement. **Technical and Professional Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields—or a university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines. High level of English (B2+) and fluency in Spanish. Professional experience of +5 years in Microsoft environments, leading teams and large-scale migrations. Prior experience developing applications using technologies such as .NET, Angular, Azure PaaS, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Solid knowledge of corporate analytics models (SQL Server, on-premises DWH, metadata-driven ETLs). **Experience in:** Technology project management, leading multidisciplinary teams, and managing vendor relationships. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with traditional methodologies (CMMI, PMP). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in enterprise environments with multiple solutions. Experience participating in cloud evolution initiatives—for example, migrating from on-premises to PaaS in Microsoft environments. Knowledge of high-availability architectures, software architectures, data analytics, and cloud environments. Coordination of cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, Architecture, etc.).
