To participate, under the supervision of management and alongside technical staff, in studying and developing individual or group intervention plans. Specifically, to implement such intervention plans within the center's educational project. **Profile:** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education and/or official qualification as a social educator. Proficiency in both intellectual and practical strategies required for the role. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong learning ability. Persuasive and influential. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Immediate availability is valued. Prior experience in educational settings is advantageous. Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty.
