Job Summary: We are seeking a Psychologist for EASC to organize, coordinate, and tutor users, designing individualized care and community social support plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration and coordination with mental health services and social resources 2. Design of individualized care and community social support plans 3. Training and supervision of team professionals We need to fill a **PSYCHOLOGIST** position at EASC (Community Social Support Team). * Contract type: Interim contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. * https://grupoexter.eu/area\-social/. * Main duties: \- Organize and maintain collaboration and coordination with reference mental health services, social services, and any other relevant social and community resources. \- Organization and coordination of the EASC team. \- User contact and linkage, and pre-assessment in collaboration with the Social Worker and other professionals. \- Functional assessment of users. \- Design of individualized home care and community social support plans. \- Tutoring of users. \- Counseling and support for families. \- Design, planning, and implementation—both at home and in the surrounding environment—of various activities aimed at improving personal and social autonomy, as well as activities enhancing functioning and community integration. \- Training and supervision of other professionals on staff. \- Master’s degree required for Psychology graduates.
