Position Summary: We are seeking a Psychologist to support the social reintegration of homeless individuals with severe mental illness by conducting assessments and designing psychosocial care plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional assessment and design of individualized care plans. 2. Implementation of activities to promote autonomy and social reintegration. 3. Training and supervision of the professional team. We need to fill a **PSYCHOLOGIST** position at the **SERVICE FOR SUPPORTING THE SOCIAL REINTEGRATION OF HOMELESS PERSONS WITH SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS (PRISEMI)**, C/ Santiago, 2 – 28013 – Madrid * Contract type: Temporary replacement contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. * Work location: SERVICE FOR SUPPORTING THE SOCIAL REINTEGRATION OF HOMELESS PERSONS WITH SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS (PRISEMI), C/ Santiago, 2 – 28013 – Madrid (https://grupoexter.eu/area\-rehabilitacion\-psicosocial/\#prisemi ) * Approximate start date: May/26 * Main responsibilities: \- Reception of users and pre-assessment in collaboration with the Social Worker and other professionals. \- Functional assessment of users. \- Design of individualized psychosocial care and social reintegration plans. \- Tutoring of users. \- Design, planning, and implementation of various activities aimed at improving personal and social autonomy, as well as activities supporting social reintegration and community integration. \- Training and supervision of other professionals comprising the staff.
