Arcopoli seeks to incorporate a project and communication technician into its team. We seek a highly versatile, interdisciplinary professional to join our team. The selected candidate will assume a key role combining socio-technical management with communication strategy, performing duties ranging from conceiving and drafting proposals to on-the-ground implementation, training, and social awareness-raising. This position requires a solid foundation in social methodologies, institutional communication skills, and a deep commitment to defending human rights, sexual diversity, gender identity, and intersectionality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Social Project Management and Development * Formulation and design: Drafting, structuring, and presenting new social projects targeting the LGTBI+ community and intersectional approaches. * Implementation and monitoring: Monitoring active projects of the organization, ensuring achievement of objectives and indicators. * Technical reporting: Preparing progress reports and final reports for funding entities. 2\. Training, Capacity Building and Facilitation * Design and facilitation of workshops, seminars, and specialized training spaces focused on diversity, equal treatment, and discrimination prevention. * Planning and comprehensive management of networking events, exchanges of good practices, and professional forums within the Third Sector. 3\. Communication, Awareness-Raising and Content Creation * Design, development, and implementation of communication campaigns aimed at social and political advocacy, rights awareness, and prevention of LGTBphobic violence. * Creation of didactic materials, methodological guides, practical handbooks, and technical protocols adapted to different sectors and key stakeholders using Adobe, Canva or other professional tools. * Social media management for campaign dissemination and advocacy. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Expected start date for this position is immediate. The contract duration extends until 31 December 2026. * Part-time employment contract: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * Salary according to the current Social Intervention Collective Agreement salary tables, Group 1. **Profile:** **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** * Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and/or Social Sciences: psychology, social work, etc. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing and formulating projects in social organizations. * Knowledge of grant lines from IRPF Community of Madrid, Madrid City Council, Vulnerable Groups, LGTBI, among others. * Experience in developing private projects for funders such as: La Caixa Foundation, Sabadell Foundation, etc. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Specialization in project management. * Familiarity with various funding sources in the Autonomous Community of Madrid. * Training in gender equality, gender diversity, immigration. * Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate initiative. * Ability to engage people, regardless of whether they face social risk or discrimination. * Proficiency in both written communication and ICTs. * Commitment to equal opportunities and non-discrimination against the LGTBI+ population. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Optimism and enthusiasm, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Intensive schedule **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 01/06/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 31/12/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
