This position requires a solid foundation in social methodologies, institutional communication skills, and a deep commitment to defending human rights, sexual diversity, gender identity, and intersectionality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Social Project Management and Development * Formulation and design: Drafting, structuring, and presenting new social projects targeting the LGTBI+ community and intersectional approaches. * Implementation and monitoring: Monitoring active projects of the organization, ensuring achievement of objectives and indicators. * Technical reporting: Preparing progress reports and final reports for funding entities. 2\. Training, Capacity Building and Facilitation * Design and facilitation of workshops, seminars, and specialized training spaces focused on diversity, equal treatment, and discrimination prevention. * Planning and comprehensive management of networking events, exchanges of good practices, and professional forums within the Third Sector. 3\. Communication, Awareness-Raising and Content Creation * Design, development, and implementation of communication campaigns aimed at social and political advocacy, rights awareness, and prevention of LGTBphobic violence. * Creation of didactic materials, methodological guides, practical handbooks, and technical protocols adapted to different sectors and key stakeholders using Adobe, Canva or other professional tools. * Social media management for campaign dissemination and advocacy. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Expected start date for this position is immediate.
