Produce technical documentation. Coordinate with other departments. Knowledge of **Routing & Switching** and **firewall** management. Experience with vendors such as **Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Infoblox, F5, and Aruba**. Ticket resolution. **Desired Requirements:** Proactivity, initiative, and strong communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively.
